Global Pricing and Positioning Analysis - Orebella in Australia

Through my analysis, I conducted consumer, market, and pricing trend research for the fragrance market in Australia to see where and how Orebella can position themselves launching into a new market. I then presented a price and positioning strategy for at least three products that I believed would launch successfully for Orebella in the new target market. Following that, I created and analyzed a competitive pricing scale as well as positioning within the market.
